Joseph Piltes invented his own method of physical conditioning, which he called "Contrology", i.e. Kontrology, almost a century ago.
Over the course of its history, this unique method has evolved, both by Pilates himself, and subsequently by his students, some of whom have become successors to this exercise system.
Today there are many different approaches to Pilates. From traditional to modern to hybrid versions combined with different forms of exercise styles.
In my studio I teach the classical Pilates method in its most authentic form, as created by Joseph Pilates himself.
